Nurture With Linda

Gentle, neuroscience-informed support for parents and little ones

I’m Linda Fitzgerald, a mom and gentle sleep & parenting guide. I help families rest, connect, and thrive through nurturing mother circles for pregnant and newborn mothers (Nurture Neuroscience Circle) and 1:1 sleep support for children ages 0–5. I always recommend approaches that deepen the bond between you and your child. Rooted in intuition, connection, and neuroscience, my work blends science and heart to support you through the rhythms of family life.

Learn About the Circle

The Nurture Neuroscience Circle (NNC) is a gentle, science-informed space for mothers and mothers-to-be to slow down, soften, and feel supported. Each week, we weave together neuroscience, intuition, and community — exploring how your brain and your baby’s brain grow through love, rest, and connection.
You’ll experience grounding meditations, reflective practices, and simple exercises that nurture your nervous system and deepen your bond with your baby. Whether you’re expecting or already holding your little one in your arms, this is a space to be seen, supported, and replenished — body, mind, and heart — within a nurturing community of mothers.
The Circle is inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum and her book Nurture Revolution, bridging neuroscience and nurturing care to help parents and babies thrive.

WHAT MOTHERS ARE SAYING

INFANT & TODDLER SLEEP SUPPORT

I provide 1:1 sleep support for children ages 0–5 — with absolutely no sleep training. My approach is evidence-based, neuroscience-informed, and attachment-focused, prioritizing your relationship with your child while helping the whole family rest.HOW IT WORKS
The process begins with a free 15-minute intro call, a low-pressure conversation to see if my approach is a good fit for you and your family. The comprehensive session lasts 60–90 minutes, during which we review your child’s sleep and development, uncover underlying causes of sleep struggles, and create a personalized plan that aligns with your parenting values. Afterward, I provide follow-up support to check in on progress and offer additional guidance as needed.
WHAT I CAN HELP WITH
I can help you understand your baby’s sleep needs, manage night wakings, early mornings, or late bedtimes, navigate bedtime or nap struggles, reduce long times to fall asleep, gently adjust sleep routines (for example, transitioning from rocking to cuddling), handle changes in sleep caregivers or sleep locations, support night weaning (age 2+), find ways for parents to get more rest, and ease stress and worry around sleep.
WHY THIS APPROACH WORKS
This approach is evidence-based, neuroscience-backed, and attachment-focused. It respects your instincts and your child’s unique needs, and it involves absolutely zero sleep training. By prioritizing connection, nurture, and responsiveness, it helps the whole family rest while supporting your child’s healthy development.
